How do I choose the right size for my skates?
We recommend choosing your standard EU shoe size. If you are between sizes or have a wide foot, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit. Please refer to our detailed Size Guide on each product page for specific measurements.
Are Impala skates PETA-approved vegan?
Yes! We care about our footprint. All Impala skates are PETA-approved vegan, meaning no animal products are used in the manufacturing of our footwear.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's journey.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all items in original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on protective gear that has been used.
Do I need to maintain my skates?
To ensure longevity, we recommend checking your hardware (toe stops, bolts, and wheels) before every skate session to ensure they are tight. Avoid skating through water or sand to keep your bearings in top condition.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a 3-month manufacturing warranty. This covers any defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover standard wear and tear or damage caused by misuse or accidents.
