We want you to love your Impala skates, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all products in original, unworn condition. If the fit isn't perfect or you've changed your mind, we make the process simple and efficient for every skater.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your skates are in brand-new condition, including original packaging and all tags, within 30 days of your delivery date.

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely pack the items in their original box, and drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
